Refund Policy

If more than 1 month before start date:

• Refund is 100% of tuition, less cancellation administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$63)

If less than one month but more than 2 weeks before start date:

• Refund is 80% of tuition, less cancellation administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$63)

OR

• Can apply credit to DBT-C (Asynchronous): $2,100 + enrollment change fee ($250)
• Refund: $200

If less than 2 weeks before start date:

• Refund is 20% of tuition

OR

• Can apply credit to DBT-C (Asynchronous): $2,100 + enrollment change fee ($350)
• Refund: $100

Retain credit for Next Live DBT-C training:

• Retain credit of 100% of tuition for next available live training + enrollment change fee ($250) to hold seat (Note: We cannot always guarantee next date at time of cancellation)

If haven’t started modules

• Refund is 100% of tuition, less administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$61)
  

If started the first module

• Refund is 90% of tuition, less administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$61)

No refund after the second module has been completed

Participants who have completed the second module are not eligible for a refund. However, they can request to put the course on hold. They will receive a “credit” memo to show when they are ready to resume the course.

If haven’t started modules

• Refund is 100% of tuition, less administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$13)

If started the first module

• Refund is 80% of tuition, less administrative fee ($35) and Stripe transaction fee (~$13)

No refund after the first module has been completed

If course has expired before completion

• Participant may pay the $100 fee for a 30-day extension

• Request cancellation of subscription by e-mail at: subscription@comprehensivetraining.org. You will not be charged for the next billing period or thereafter.

Extensions

• Parts 1 & 2: $450 for 3 months
• Part 1 Only: $750 for 5 months
• Part 2 Only: $750 for 5 months
